Hey there! Thanks for checking out my profile. I'm very much looking forward to meeting someone fun to do some things with and see where it goes from there. Don't be scared that I've never been married (ok, some trepidation is expected :-)) but before you run for the hills, I have had long term relationships throughout my life and WITH children involved, so I'm no neophyte in that area. I WOULD however, prefer someone who does have some time to spend....I AM getting tired of being the single guy among my friends who are generally happy couples. I'm coming to the realization that life is truly better shared with someone you consider special. Being with a person you have a deep connection with not only allows you to have a best friend to experience everything from the mundane to the spectacular, but the compromises required and the occasional trials and tribulations help you become a better, more rounded person. I love music, and have been playing recreationally for quite awhile. Not much on hardcore rap (and not in love with opera), but I DO love most music, especially jazz and contemporary dance/house... I'm coordinated and can play any number of sports...See "interests". I've even been known to hold my own in an occasional drinking game I'm very handy around the house and can do all kinds of "Manly" things... And if I help fix that leaky sink drain of yours, I promise to pull my pants up before having at it... Recently, I started volunteering as a big brother. Its proven to be a very rewarding experience thusfar.... My little guy is a hoot! I would love to meet someone who wants to improve as life goes on and will help me do the same. We should be on the same page in this regard, and be able to recognize when the other needs a boost. I've seen instances with many couples where one person's bad mood is exascerbated (Help! Spell check ;-)) by the other's reaction. I think we are all inately good, but sometimes we need someone to remind us what a truly fantastic life we have and that there is a lot to be thankful for. My perfect match will be open to suggestion and will in turn suggest things to make me a better person....us both realizing that its all in the manner in which its done... She would also be as nice on the inside as she is on the outside and exhibiting class would come naturally! I don't mind that you don't post a photo (understand privacy), but please... DO have some photos, or don't bother with me. Also, please don't hide your body by posting head shots only. "About average" means just that....and let's see just how "curvy"...I keep in pretty good shape by exercising and would expect the same of anyone expressing interest. You don't have to be fanatical (don't really want you to be...hey, if you can woop me, I'm out! Well, maybe an occasional wrestling match...), but caring and of course action is important. I mostly go out to nice places socially, but don't mind "slumming" every now and then. I like staying home and having a quiet night, but if your idea of a relationship is all about staying home all the time, I'm probably not your guy.
